In addition, the drinking age must be lowered to 18 along with an alcohol education program. Tyler Ellyson is exactly correct why those aged 18-20 must have the privilege of consuming alcohol and with an alcohol program, it will be a success. It's good that Siena College has implemented the Red Watch Band program and many more colleges should implement it in order to reduce alcohol abuse.
