It's good to see a retired police officer see the consequence of the ageist drinking age. Those 18-20 must be treated the same as other adults when it comes to drunk and driving, thus the BAC of 0.08 must be maintained for all young adults. The responsible consumption of alcohol by those 18-20 after completing alcohol education is a much better solution than the ageist drinking age. M.W. Guzy should give more support to his solution.
