There must be alcohol responsibility, not binge drinking. The main reason why binge drinking is common at universities is because university students aren’t educated on alcohol responsibility. Combined with an ageist drinking age that refuses to recognize the age of majority, this a starter for alcohol abuse. Thus, the solution is to lower the drinking age to 18 and implement an alcohol education program. Finally, if no action is taken, alcohol abuse won’t decrease.
