…that a World Health Organization study¬†found that in many European countries where the drinking age is 18 or younger (and often not enforced), 15 and 16 year-old teens have more drinking occasions per month, but fewer occasions of dangerous intoxication than their American counterparts.

    I believe that the drinking age should be lowered to 18 along with other restrictions and I work for this purpose. Alcohol should be treated as how those girls and boys in Europe treat it, with responsibility. Alcohol should be treated as a drink that does have moderate side-effects but still be treated with respect as a drink.
